Recenter Your Body & Mind with Shojinryori Dinner & Zen Meditation at Sendai’s Zen Temple
Learn about Zen culture in this special experience at Rinnoji Temple
Rinnoji Temple, which has one of the best gardens in the Tohoku region and is a representative photo spot in Sendai and is associated with the Date clan, offers a tour of the Japanese garden, a private tour, and an immersion in Japanese culture as you listen to a talk about the history of Rinnoji Temple and Zen culture. After the prayer and zazen experience, you will enjoy a meal prepared by our guests.
The garden is a quiet and calm space where you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring, a green tunnel in summer, bright red leaves in autumn, and snow-covered trees in winter.
