  • The Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Memorial Museum: An important facility preserving the memories of the earthquake and nuclear accident.
  • Lunch in Futaba Town or Namie Town 
  • TEPCO Decommissioning Archive Museum: Learn about the progress of the decommissioning work at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
  • Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant: Tour the actual plant to check the current status and safety measures (Smart Course 2 hours 20 minutes).

This tour provides a chance to visit areas affected by the disaster firsthand and witness the steps towards recovery. Detailed explanations from guides at the Decommissioning Archive Museum and Fukushima Daiichi make the complex topics accessible. Participants will gain valuable insights into Fukushima’s current situation and future prospects, directly experiencing the recovery process from the disaster. Transportation to and from Fukushima Airport is included, with a return to Osaka Itami Airport available on flight NH3182. Shuttle service to Koriyama Station West Exit is also provided.
