At Ryokusaikan, located in the tourist spot cluster of Aobayama, which includes the ruins of Sendai Castle, the foundation of Sendai City, and Aobayama facing the Hirose River that runs through the center of Sendai City, you will experience what it felt like to be a retainer of the castle town of Sendai Date clan.You will also have the opportunity to try out drawing a real sword, which is something you don’t usually get to do, and then you will have the opportunity to try out tea at the Zangetsu-tei teahouse, where you will experience the mindset of a samurai.
