Learn the traditional Suzume Odori dance, which has been passed down from the time of the construction of Sendai Castle when stonemasons performed the dance for Date Masamune. The experience will take place at Ryokusaikan, located in Aobayama which boasts the ruins of Sendai Castle, as well as the Hirose River which flows through the center of Sendai. Experience the nostalgia and glamor of traditions of the samurai and townspeople of Sendai’s castle town days.
