Start your tour at Yonezawa Station, easily accessible from Tokyo or Yamagata Station. Visit a historic sake brewery and participate in a tour of the facilities and be able to do some sake tasting. After the tour, transfer and dine at a specialty shabu shabu restaurant for lunch. Following lunch, transfer to a fabric factory to tour the buildings, see the machinery and artisans at work. After this you will be transported to another different fabric producer, which building also doubles as a cafe.
All locations visited will provide you with a thoughtful present to take home.
